4)      Mold your foot to the foam and trace your current insole to the flap of the box and mail back to us.

Why is my shoe size and style important?

Companies run shoe and sizes differently.  It is very important to trace your current shoe insole to the flap of the box or a piece of paper to send us so we know exactly the length and width of the shoe. Doing this will significantly reduce the chances for needing modifications later.

What if I have made a mistake taking a foot impression?

In the box will be detailed instructions at how to take your imprint correctly. If you feel you have made a mistake, contact us and we will send you another box to remake it.

Can I use the same foot impression for multiple pairs?

Yes! We will keep your impression molds stored in our lab for 6 months. You can order unlimited custom orthotic insoles with the same impression and don’t need to continue the process each pair.

Do we need a photo uploaded of your shoe?

Yes, we do. If you are not able to provide this, then we need to know that exact brand and model name of the shoe it is going into.

It depends on many factors. Making sure that you are in a quality pair of shoes will be a big factor in your inserts feeling comfortable. We recommend 1 week of wearing them before your feet feel accustomed to everything.

It depends on what kind of mileage and how active you are. Typically, they will last 12-24 months in shoes.  We don’t recommend going beyond 3 years as your foot mold can change over this time period.

After wearing them, I feel pressure on my arch. What does this mean?

Custom orthotic insoles can cause temporary discomfort in the arch, especially if it has had a tendency to collapse when walking. This feeling is supporting the arch and redistributing pressure on the foot for your body to handle a more affective posture.

How do I clean my custom orthotics insoles?

Handwashing them with a cloth and letting them to air dry is best. Never submerge in water.

Can I transfer my custom orthotic insoles to different shoes?

It depends on type of shoe. Athletic shoes are typically interchangeable but dress shoes might vary from shoe to shoe.

We only use orthopedic grade materials.  We use a combination of thermocork, poron (urethane), and EVA puff (top cover). Our top cover material is closed cell and doesn’t absorb moisture or odor.

My custom orthotic insoles are too long. What do I do?

This is an easy to fix by yourself.  Compare the new inserts with the ones currently in your shoe to measure the difference. Cut the excess material in the toe area to match the length of the shoe.

When wearing my custom orthotic insoles, I feel pressure on my arches. Is this normal?

If you are new to wearing any custom mold, this is very common. It is likely that your arches collapse and the mold is helping to support. It is recommended to wear them for 2 weeks to get used to them before sending them back from adjustments.

My custom orthotic insoles feel as if they are pressing against the top part of the shoe.

The custom orthotic insoles are typically thicker than the inserts that currently that come in your shoe. You will need to first be sure that the factory shoe insert is removed. It will also be important to loosen the shoe laces in the mid part of your shoe as well to allow for more room.
