We offer a variety of durable top covers.  We use a 1/16 inch EVA layer that is very durable and will not absorb liquid or odors. EVA is also a moldable material that will conform to your foot.

Molding Layer

This material is made of P-Cell/Thermosky that instantly molds to your foot when heated.  It holds excellent shape retention once molded. We use a 1/8 inch material so it will get the best fitting mold.

CORE LAYER

This comprise this is a double layer of denser EVA to hold the shape of your arch and give you metatarsal support.  This white layer is the secret behind a strong structural orthotic that will be able to handle a lot of mileage with a pair.

BASE LAYER

A 1/8 inch Poron Urethane material is used that is very lightweight and is one of the top shock absorbers on the market.  The material is breathable to keep you dry and cool.
